TERMS OF USAGE APPLICABLE FOR ALL INTERFACES OF GROWSTITCH (MOBILE APPLICATIONS, DIGITAL MEDIUMS, SOCIAL WEBSITES AND APPLICATIONS, GROWSTITCH AND OTHER COMPANY OWNED WEBSITES AND OFFLINE ORDER FULFILLMENT CENTERS (STITCHING OPERATIONS CENTERS):
GROWSTITCH is an online and offline hybrid model for servicing customers for their custom stitched costumes and fashionwear. The details of the products, services or product specifications (weight, stitching seam strength, colours and tints, handwork details, sizes and measurements, etc.) as mentioned on GROWSTITCH digital / online mediums (All company owned and related Mobile applications, Digital Online Websites and Company owned social mediums – hereby collectively referred to as ‘GROWSTITCH Interfaces’) and offline fulfilment centers are only approximate values as they are custom fit measurements and may differ based on fabric quality and specifications.
The usage of any and all of the ‘GROWSTITCH Interfaces’ at any point of time, warrants your acceptance of the usage terms in this document, the clauses of which can change from time to time, due to any updates operational or regulatory requirements. By accessing, shopping and ordering on ‘GROWSTITCH Interfaces’, you indicate your unconditional acceptance of these terms & conditions. We reserve this right, in our sole discretion, to update or revise these terms & conditions. Continued use of the site following the posting of any changes to the ‘terms & conditions’, constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Use of the Site is available only to persons who can legally enter into contracts under applicable laws. Persons who are "incompetent to contract", within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use ‘GROWSTITCH Interfaces’. ‘GROWSTITCH ’ and related entities reserve the right to terminate your access to the ‘GROWSTITCH Interfaces’, if it discovers that you are under the age of 18 years or suffers from any other disability, as recognized under Indian Contract Act, 1872. The jurisdiction of all disputes related to ‘GROWSTITCH Interfaces’ and its order / fulfilment related disputes will be Hyderabad, Telangana.
It is required to register with us with the required information to be able to access ‘GROWSTITCH Interfaces’. As a registered member, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the site's registration form. Registration where prohibited under any law shall be void. ‘GROWSTITCH Interfaces’ reserves the right to revoke or terminate your registration for any reason at any time, without notice.
Electronic Communications:
When you use the ‘GROWSTITCH Interfaces’ or send emails or other data, information or communicate to us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us electronically and give your consent to receive communications electronically from us periodically, when required.
Since all the orders are custom stitched, we don’t have a policy of returns for the order. We do however strive to ensure that the custom fit dress is made to the order specification to the extent possible without staff and manpower involved. For Pickup/drop order (Within the specified pin code coverage of a fulfillment center) for an applicable order, we can carry out single time alterations to the sizes and measurements within certain limits of excess cloth and fitment possible. Customer can also call us at our customer service number +971 5677 92340, which remains open from Monday to Friday between 10.00AM to 4.00PM (GST) except declared holidays. We will call you back in case of any calls missed due to high call volume.
Reviews, Feedback, Submissions:
All reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to ‘GROWSTITCH Interfaces’ directly or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this ‘GROWSTITCH Interfaces’ (collectively referred to "Comments") will remain ‘GROWSTITCH Interfaces’ property. Such disclosure, submission or offer of any comments shall constitute an assignment to ‘GROWSTITCH Interfaces’ of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the comments, thus, it exclusively owns all such rights, titles and interests and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise. ‘GROWSTITCH Interfaces’ will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publish, display and distribute any comments you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. ‘GROWSTITCH Interfaces’ is and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any Comments in confidence; or (2) to pay you any compensation for any Comments; or (3) to respond to any Comments. You agree that any comments submitted by you to the Site will not violate this policy or any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right(s), and will not cause injury to any person or entity. You further agree that no comments submitted by you to the site will be libelous or otherwise unlawful, threatening, abusive or obscene material, or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any form of "spam".
‘GROWSTITCH Interfaces’ does not regularly review posted comments, but does reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor and edit or remove any comment submitted to the Site. You grant ‘GROWSTITCH Interfaces’ the right to use the name that you submit in connection with any of the posted comments. You agree not to use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any Comments you submit. You are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any comments (Source of Images, text, slogans and comments you make and you agree to completely indemnify ‘GROWSTITCH Interfaces’ and its affiliates for all claims resulting from any Comments you submit, we take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments submitted by you or any third party whatsoever and at any point of time.
Accuracy of Content/ Information of Products on the ‘GROWSTITCH Interfaces’:
While ‘GROWSTITCH Interfaces’ strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, typographical errors may occur. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, ‘GROWSTITCH Interfaces’ shall have the right, on our sole discretion, to modify the type of dresses, patterns and designs and their prices of the type of products as per the region and area of servicing or information of the products or to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been despatched.
